The Family Medical Centre seeks a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to enhance their interdisciplinary care team. With a strong emphasis on trauma-informed practices and compassionate patient care, you will provide assessments, screenings, and health education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver trauma-informed nursing support and care
• Conduct assessments and screenings for health management
• Provide education on healthy lifestyles and disease management
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team
• Support patient coordination and system navigation
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in primary care
• Proficiency in pharmacology and medication administration
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
• Strong skills in clinical problem-solving and communication
