Field Case Manager Position

Position: Cencora Field Case Manager Position
Cencora is hiring a Field Case Manager to enhance patient access to therapies throughout locations such as Calgary and Halifax. This full-time role is central to patient and physician interactions.

In this dynamic position, the candidate will assist in patient enrolment processes, manage coverage queries, and foster relationships with healthcare providers. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, including nursing credentials. Responsibilities also include training, liaising, and reporting critical data to optimize patient services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient enrolment and payer forms completion

• Identify and communicate coverage obstacles

• Train physicians on program updates and best practices

• Facilitate effective coordination of patient therapies

• Maintain communication with all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in health care or nursing diploma needed

• 5+ years of related experience in healthcare required

• Must hold a valid nursing license (RN or RPN/LPN)

• Experience in reimbursement and therapy coordination

• Fluent in English;
French is an asset
