This temporary position requires either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to enhance the patient experience. Work within our fully equipped clinics, providing diverse services and developing effective Care Plans in collaboration with Ontario Health atHome. Your commitment to patient care drives our rich culture of support and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans

• Provide in-person nursing services to patients

• Deliver services like IV therapy, wound care, and more

• Perform various clinical duties as needed

• Collaborate with Ontario Health atHome services

Requirements:

• RN or RPN degree or diploma

• Current CNO registration in good standing

• CPR Certification and immunization record

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Vulnerable sector check and background check
