Age Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting on site in Ontario. The RPN will work in collaboration with the Registered Nurse, oversee Personal Support Workers, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and Health Act regulations. You will liaise with physicians and the health care team, monitor resident status, and participate in shift reports to keep everyone informed.
