We are seeking a qualified Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to fulfill a vital role in resident care. You will be responsible for assessments, planning, and executing nursing procedures in compliance with legislative standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish rapport with clients addressing their needs
• Assess physical and psychological conditions of clients
• Identify health issues early and respond appropriately
• Implement medical orders and administer treatments
• Collaborate on personalized care plans with the medical team
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current CNO license in good standing
• 1+ years relevant nursing experience
• CPR certification required
• Valid criminal background check and vulnerable sector check
