Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to surgical and medical patients

• Ensure accurate documentation of the nursing process

• Lead and supervise nursing staff in compliance with OHSA

• Engage in ongoing professional development and research

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid CPR certificate and knowledge of health safety standards

• Experience with chronic mental illness and dementia care

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Fluency in French is considered an asset
