As an Overnight Registered Nurse with Elizz, you will provide compassionate care to clients while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized overnight care to one client at a time
• Manage health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide support and companionship to enhance client well-being
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care delivery
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
• Must hold RN accreditation and be a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification (Level
C)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• Must be available for overnight shifts
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills required
