This temporary part-time position requires a Registered Nurse with current nursing credentials and a solid background in emergency or critical care. You'll utilize advanced nursing skills including paediatric assessment, triage, and ECG interpretation. The role emphasizes independent work, effective communication, and decisive judgment in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department

• Conduct thorough assessments and triage of patients

• Interpret 12 lead ECGs as needed for patient evaluation

• Maintain clear communication with patients and team members

• Support effective planning and organization of patient transfers

Requirements:

• Registered member in good standing with CNO

• Recent experience in Emergency/Critical Care Nursing

• Proficiency in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Strong interpersonal and client counselling skills

• Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
