Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents
• Oversee medication support programs and addiction services
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with RPN scope
• Participate in team meetings and community engagements
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nursing program completion
• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in community nursing preferred
• BLS First Aid & CPR Certification required
• Compassionate attitude toward clients and diverse backgrounds
