Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and leadership to nursing staff

• Manage care plans alongside residents and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing

• 3+ years as a Registered Nurse in management

• 1+ year experience in long-term care
