Rhyno Care is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Care to oversee nursing staff at our vibrant Long Term Care facility. This leadership role requires a nursing degree and at least three years of supervisory experience. You’ll manage complex resident care while supporting a talented clinical team in maintaining high-quality service and compliance with health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coaching to nursing staff
• Achieve resident satisfaction and employee engagement
• Meet quality indicators per company and Ministry guidelines
• Ensure regulatory compliance for healthcare records
• Meet annual department budget requirements
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Three years' experience in managerial nursing roles
• One year in a long-term care setting
• Current RN registration and Nursing Unit Administrator Program completion
• CPR certification required
