Casual Registered Nurse Long Term Care

Registered Nurses with geriatric care expertise can support Age Care residents in London, Ontario, through safe, ethical, and coordinated nursing services.
This casual, part time Registered Nurse role reports to the Director of Care. You will apply nursing judgment, interpersonal skills, and resident safety practices while collaborating with the healthcare team. The position supports individual resident needs within your competency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate nursing and resident services within the neighbourhood
Lead shift reports with healthcare team members
Communicate changes in resident status
Document resident conditions according to required standards
Process physician orders and report difficulties immediately
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing background
Knowledge of applicable nursing home legislation
Registration with the provincial registry in good standing
Understanding of professional nursing standards and regulations
Bring resident-focused nursing judgment, coordination, documentation, and safety practices to Age Care’s London care community.
