Registered Practical Nurse Long Term Care

Support personalized senior care as a Registered Practical Nurse with Cogir Senior Living, applying assessment, documentation, and clinical judgment.

Cogir Senior Living’s RPNs deliver resident-centred services within retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will provide care aligned with provincial standards while communicating continuously with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The position also supports accurate clinical records and effective care-plan changes.

• Deliver personalized nursing care at the highest quality
• Communicate ongoing changes with residents, families, and teams
• Assess residents and maintain current clinical documentation
• Evaluate care-plan effectiveness and make required changes
• Direct and mentor unregulated care providers

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Gerontology, rehabilitation, community, complex, or long-term care experience an asset
• Organizational, time management, and computer proficiency
• Microsoft Office experience and required certifications
