Rhyno Care seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Care for a long-term care facility in London, ON. As an Independent Contractor, you will oversee the nursing program, manage complex resident care needs, and guide healthcare professionals. The position requires nursing leadership, regulatory knowledge, and long-term care experience.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff
• Customize care plans with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage nursing staff and available funding
• Maintain quality indicators and regulatory compliance
• Hire, train, and engage clinical staff

• Degree or diploma in Nursing
• Three years' managerial or supervisory Registered Nurse experience
• One year of Registered Nurse long-term care experience
• Current provincial Registered Nurse registration and Nursing Unit Administrator completion
• Current CPR designation and Vulnerable Sector Check
