Para Med Home Health Care is hiring a Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to deliver advanced wound, ostomy and continence care across patient groups. The NSWOC will consult and provide direct patient care within a community home-health framework and collaborate with the Para Med team.
You’ll mentor nurses, contribute to clinical leadership initiatives, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines while supporting patients and families in their home environments.
