Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant
London, ON | From CA $20/hour | Full-Time
Highbury North Pet Hospital is a locally owned, independent veterinary clinic providing quality, personalized, compassionate care to pets and their people. We're looking for a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our close-knit team!
What You'll Do:- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, manage calls, and handle invoices
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with patient handling when needed
- Help keep the clinic clean and organized
- Educate clients on basic care and treatment plans
- 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic is a must (Reception or Assistant)
- Team player with a love for animals
- Comfortable using computer systems (Avimark is a plus)
- Ability to follow/adhere to protocols/standards
