Join Ingredion as a Quality Manager in London,ON.where you'll lead and support the continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System.

• Lead and manage a team of salary and hourly employees
• Implement Measurement Systems Analysis and Statistical Process Control to reduce quality rejects and improve processing times.
• Ensure compliance with quality management, food safety, and ISO standards, including HACCP programs.
• Develop and manage SSHE objectives, supporting sustainability initiatives like recycling and energy optimization.
• Collaborate with Business Groups to address quality control issues and approve new product specifications.
• Support Customer Experience by delivering timely results and enhancing facility knowledge of products.
• Work with Process Development to scale up new products and improve operational efficiencies.

• Lead and manage a team employees to drive quality improvements.
