Take charge as the Site Leader at TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in St. Thomas, ON, on the afternoon shift. Drive quality excellence and team productivity while maintaining strong client connections.
In this vital role, you will support site operations by ensuring quality services meet all necessary standards. You will lead a team of inspectors, engage with clients, and oversee mission executions while prioritizing safety and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations and missions
• Establish and nurture client relationships
• Train and evaluate mission inspectors
• Conduct regular audits for quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws
Requirements:
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a quality role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
