Position: AI Quality Analyst for Call Training
Focus on quality assurance for our AI-graded call training system aimed at a network of private schools. We're searching for an AI Quality Analyst to manage bot performance through comprehensive testing and knowledge base updates.

You'll be responsible for the complete quality cycle: reviewing production conversations, generating JSON test files that highlight issues, and fixing Markdown documentation for better accuracy. By running test suites, you will ensure that our AI continues to improve and adapt as new challenges arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review production dialogues to identify issues

• Produce JSON files to replicate identified problems

• Adjust knowledge base content in Markdown format

• Conduct test suite operations for verification

• Expand knowledge base as program requirements shift

Requirements:

• Solid experience with JSON and Markdown tools

• Comfortable with executing terminal commands

• Proficient in using Git for source control

• Keen problem-solving skills for quality assessment

• Detail-oriented in testing and documentation processes
