You will apply your expertise to guarantee that all manufacturing activities meet strict CWB and AWS codes while maintaining safety protocols. With 3-7 years of relevant experience, you will document inspections and engage in continuous quality improvement. Your detailed oversight ensures that products not only meet customer specifications but also enhance the organization’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of steel structures

• Document inspection findings and manage non-conformance reports

• Support audits and customer inspections

• Enforce quality management systems (QMS)

• Monitor production processes for quality adherence

Requirements:

• 3-7 years in manufacturing or steel fabrication

• CWB Certified Quality Inspector Level 1 or equivalent

• Knowledge of AWS standards preferred

• Strong problem-solving and reporting skills

• Hands-on experience with fabrications and NDT procedures
