Position: Laboratory and Quarry Technician Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join a dynamic team as a Mineral Technology and Laboratory Technician in a hybrid role supporting laboratory analysis and quarry operations. Conduct advanced testing while performing field activities for reliable data.

This position requires a blend of laboratory and outdoor skills in mineral testing and quality control. You will analyze mineral products, conduct sampling, and assist quarry teams in achieving raw material consistency. Your work will ensure operational efficiency and contribute to safety standards in both environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced laboratory analyses on mineral products

• Collect mineral samples from quarry and production areas

• Conduct field surveys and operate drones for data collection

• Assist with drill and blast layout verification processes

• Provide support to scalehouse operations and ensure data accuracy

Requirements:

• College diploma or degree in Science or related field

• 2-5 years of experience in laboratory or quarry operations

• Knowledge of GPS and data collection tools

• Certification in drone operations is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
