Position: Health and Safety Specialist at Goodwill

Strong analytical skills will be essential as you monitor compliance and develop effective action plans for safety improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough workplace inspections across multiple locations

• Perform incident investigations and root cause analyses

• Implement hazard control measures and risk assessments

• Collaborate with operational leaders on safety compliance

• Develop and maintain health and safety training materials

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of HSE experience in operational settings

• Post-secondary education in related fields

• Knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid Class G driver's license and reliable vehicle
