Elevate quality standards as a Lead Software QA Tester for Alimentiv's medical imaging software and hardware. This senior role demands extensive expertise in regulated software testing and minimal supervision.

In this senior position, you will spearhead test strategies and execution, ensuring compliance throughout the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include high-level risk assessments, guiding sprint planning, and advising on feature testability. Collaborate with IT for smooth test environment readiness and enhance QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own test strategy and coverage decisions with risk-based approaches

• Lead manual and automated test execution across various phases

• Manage defect lifecycle in Jira, guiding junior testers on complex cases

• Own validation documentation in compliance with CSA and GAMP5

• Drive quality improvements and framework adoption within the team

Requirements:

• 7-9 years in QA, or 10+ years related experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Selenium and AccelQ

• Experience with API testing using Postman and JMeter
