In this role, you will lead transformational projects in Quality Assurance and Insights, ensuring alignment between business and technology. You will engage with various teams to identify areas for workflow enhancements and implement data-driven solutions that support quality outcomes. Your expertise will facilitate the successful adoption of practices that leverage automation and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process mapping and identify quality improvement opportunities
• Collaborate on system enhancements and automation initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise for quality operations
• Monitor results and recommend actionable enhancements
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to refine requirements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Transformation roles
• Experience with technology/reporting implementation projects
• Strong analytical skills for business process evaluation
• Familiarity with Power BI and process mapping tools
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
