As a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist, you will implement innovative solutions and facilitate comprehensive safety programs. Collaborate with associates and leadership to drive measurable changes that enhance safety standards across the organization.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every employee returns home safely, making a lasting difference in Amazon's safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement comprehensive safety programs and audits

• Conduct incident investigations and risk assessments

• Develop engaging training materials for associates

• Build strong partnerships to promote safety and wellbeing

• Transform data into actionable safety initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year in an EHS role or relevant degree

• Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in maintaining workplace confidentiality
