Quality Engineer in Automotive Manufacturing

In this vital role, your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality automotive products through effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams. You will employ advanced problem-solving techniques like Shainin Red-X and DMAIC to resolve quality issues and enhance processes. This position is integral to maintaining a high standard of quality in our automotive seating support and lumbar products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise quality activities between branch and customers

• Lead resolution of escalated quality issues

• Organize cross-functional teams for problem-solving

• Investigate substandard test results and defects

• Prepare documentation for new parts and annual validations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years experience

• Advanced statistical problem-solving skills

• Six Sigma Black Belt training preferred

• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP procedures

• Willingness to travel for customer visits
