The Beer Store seeks a dedicated Health and Safety Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance across its Retail and Logistics operations. This full-time position focuses on compliance, hazard assessment, and continuous improvement of safety practices. You will be pivotal in training employees and fostering a safety-aware culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations

• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards effectively

• Conduct training programs for safe work practices

• Perform site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

• Collaborate with Disability Management on workplace issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a Health and Safety role

• Minimum post-secondary education in related field

• Ontario Class “G” driver’s license and vehicle access

• Valid First Aid/CPR certification

• Knowledge of OHS Legislation and safety systems
