CMM Operator for Quality Inspection

Join our quality team as a CMM Operator focused on precision inspections and measurements. Utilize advanced tools to ensure compliance with engineering and customer specifications.

In this contract-to-hire role, you'll inspect manufactured parts using CMM equipment, maintaining high quality standards vital to production. Your expertise in reading engineering drawings and GD&T will be crucial for generating reports and documentation that assure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CMM equipment for part inspections

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models

• Perform dimensional inspections with precision tools

• Generate first article inspections and inspection documentation

• Communicate non-conforming conditions to teams

Requirements:

• Experience with CMM equipment, preferably Mitutoyo

• Understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading

• Familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection

• Knowledge of CAD models and Excel for reporting

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
