Catalent Quality Assurance Associate

This position emphasizes maintaining high quality and compliance standards in pharmaceutical production. You will perform critical audits and assist in coaching employees on best practices while supporting the facility's innovative startup phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process audits and relay findings to production

• Ensure compliance through final release document audits

• Investigate deviations and coach staff on improvement

• Execute compliance audits and generate management reports

• Act as QA representative to resolve manufacturing issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Able to work self-sufficiently with little oversight

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment is a plus
