Director of Quality at Catalent

Location: Strathroy

Lead the Quality function for Catalent’s Zydis Strathroy facility, focusing on regulatory compliance and quality management. This on-site Director of Quality role is pivotal for drug product manufacturing success.

Working directly under the VP, Quality for Pharma Consumer Health, the Director will drive strategies to enhance product quality and ensure compliance with cGMP standards. With over 7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, you will oversee Quality Assurance and Control activities, ensuring that the Catalent Quality Management Systems are effectively implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Catalent's Quality Management System

• Ensure compliance with regulatory submissions and inspections

• Collaborate with operations for systematic quality improvements

• Analyze quality trends and metrics for performance improvements

• Lead safety-first initiatives under corporate policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field

• 7+ years in a pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing leadership role

• Expertise in cGMP and FDA compliance

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
