Location: St. Thomas

The Site Leader role at TRIGO encompasses staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with quality specifications. You will engage with site personnel and clients while driving operations and fostering a best practices culture. This position offers a shift premium for afternoon and night work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staffing and training for quality inspections
• Isolate and manage nonconforming materials effectively
• Update system records for accurate quality control
• Conduct regular audits for operational efficiency
• Ensure all personnel receive necessary communications
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a supervisory or quality role preferable
• Proficiency in English and computer basics
• Experience with gauges and measuring tools
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs
• High school diploma or equivalent
