Beedie - Etobicoke, ON - municipal development cost charges in all relevant markets
Responsibilities- Compile and review all market reports related to municipal development cost charges in all relevant markets.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes/notes, and undertake necessary follow-up.
- Assist in site evaluation process for land acquisitions.
- Support senior development team members and complete administrative tasks as required.
- Industrial Condo Transactions:
Support Director in coordinating consultant deliverables including, lawyers, brokers, surveyor, and property manager.
