Elevate research impact as a Knowledge Mobilization Coordinator with the University. This full-time, temporary role fosters collaboration between the Faculty of Health Sciences and McCormick Care Group.
The Coordinator will design and implement strategies that enhance knowledge mobilization for research initiatives within the Faculty of Health Sciences. You will bridge connections among policy makers, industry, and the public while providing operational support at McCormick Care Group. By actively engaging families and staff, contribute to research opportunities and participant recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement knowledge mobilization strategies for research
• Facilitate communication to advise families of research opportunities
• Prepare bi-monthly research summaries for McCormick Board
• Collaborate with faculty and external researchers for projects
• Provide guidance on knowledge product development and strategies
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health or social sciences preferred
• 5 years’ experience in research coordination or knowledge mobilization
• Familiarity with Tri-Council funding and research design
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
