Elevate research initiatives with Western University's Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry as a Research Program Coordinator. Focus on enhancing collaboration and visibility of research centres through strategic support.
In this on-site role, you will support the operationalization and coordination of strategic research initiatives. This includes project management, facilitating grant applications, and organizing events to foster research productivity. Your collaboration with Centre Directors and the Assistant Dean will streamline communications and strengthen interdisciplinary ties within the research community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate research initiatives for improved visibility and effectiveness
• Facilitate team-based grant applications and collaborative initiatives
• Organize workshops and events with diverse stakeholders
• Support communication strategies and project management efforts
• Enhance connections between researchers and institutional resources
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
Master’s preferred
• 3 years of research coordination or strategic project management
• Experience with grant development and academic program support
• Knowledge of research funding processes and university policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
