In this Research Associate position, you will be responsible for the operation of cutting-edge bioreactor systems while ensuring rigorous adherence to aseptic techniques. The role includes managing quality control assays and contributing to both microbiological techniques and mammalian cell culture. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct fermentation using DASGIP bioreactors
• Analyze and manage flow cytometry quality assays
• Support drafting protocols and lab management
• Engage in cell culture and assay development
• Review current scientific literature on microbiology
Requirements:
• B.S. with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in microbiological aseptic techniques
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience with molecular methods is a plus
