Position: Analytical Research Scientist I Role
Lactalis seeks a Research Scientist I on a one-year contract for analytical laboratory support. Engage in innovative experiments in product development and quality enhancement.

In this role, you'll execute lab tests under supervision, aiding product renovations and new developments. You'll also support method development and quality assurance, coordinating timely analyses and maintaining laboratory instruments. Effective communication of results is critical to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in planning and executing laboratory product analyses

• Conduct thorough tests with standard laboratory techniques

• Support innovation through method and equipment development

• Monitor time frames for completion and coordinate analyses

• Document and convey experimental results to internal teams

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or Microbiology

• Experienced in laboratory methodologies and testing

• Strong documentation and result interpretation skills

• Commitment to quality and food safety standards

• Capable of performing routine lab equipment maintenance
