Position: Experienced Project Archaeologist Wanted
AECOM seeks an Experienced Project Archaeologist for its Ontario offices. Help diversify our archaeology team by managing comprehensive archaeological assessments and reports to comply with client standards.

You will coordinate and manage archaeological projects, ensuring alignment with Ontario's MCM standards. The role requires proficient communication with clients and Indigenous partners, which enhances project delivery. Your contributions will be pivotal in producing detailed reports reflecting your archaeological expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage archaeological projects thoroughly from start to finish

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and clients

• Produce archaeological reports that meet compliance standards

• Implement health and safety measures for fieldwork

• Offer logistical support for field activities and crew management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology or related discipline

• Over 2 years of experience in archaeological consulting

• Valid Ontario MCM Archaeology license required

• Skills in field documentation and data collection

• Proven written and verbal communication capabilities
