Key Responsibilities:

• Perform media screening and optimize fermentation for biofertilizers

• Operate and monitor bioreactors and related bioprocess equipment

• Maintain accurate lab records and QC logs

• Conduct microbial cultures and routine contamination tests

• Support plant-microbe research experiments and data collection

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life-science discipline

• Experience with microbial culture and aseptic techniques

• Understanding of fermentation processes

• Knowledge of BSL-1/BSL-2 practices

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
