Lab Technician in Biotechnology

The Lab Technician role is crucial in executing routine quality control and supporting research experiments. Responsibilities will include media screening, bioreactor operation, data recording, and addressing any issues in real-time. You will contribute significantly to agricultural research while ensuring smooth laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform media screening for microbial fermentation

• Operate bioreactors and monitor bioprocess equipment

• Support R&D and routine production batches

• Conduct microbial analysis and maintain QC logs

• Execute plant-microbe efficacy experiments as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline

• Hands-on laboratory experience preferred

• Knowledge of BSL-1/BSL-2 practices

• Strong attention to detail in documentation

• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 kg
