Position Summary:

Our Store Manager will lead our wireless retail store. The Store Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and recognition. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on results and customer service.
  • Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Perform CRM calls to our client base in order to create more opportunities
  • Attend Special Events if scheduled and drive awareness of our store in the community.
  • Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and scheduling.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • The Store Manager is responsible for all cash, debit/credit transactions, store inventory, scheduling, fraud prevention and other store operations.
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Communicate regularly with upper management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
