Location: Supporting multiple store locations, including St. Thomas, Aylmer, Tillsonburg, and the Greater London Area

Compensation: $19-24 per hour, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Hours:

The primary objective of this role is to provide professional customer service and process orders using automotive knowledge, company systems and parts catalogues. The individual will also pick, pack, ship, receive, stock, and organize automotive parts, and effectively deliver automotive parts to customers. Effective use of company resources and tools is integral to this role, as is meeting and setting customer service goals.
This position will support store Counter operations across multiple locations, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Travel to assigned store locations as neededTravel costs to be provided as neededProvide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using automotive knowledge, the Company database, and the parts catalogueAnswer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional mannerConduct follow-up calls to customers as necessaryEfficiently and safely load auto parts into delivery vehiclesEfficiently deliver parts, being mindful of customer requestsComplete necessary paperwork (e.g. warranty forms) in an accurate mannerMaintain overall store appearance by cleaning and organizing on a regular basisPick, pack, ship, receive, stock, and organize auto parts when necessaryOther reasonable duties as assigned by the management teamKey Requirements and Experiences
Automotive aftermarket parts knowledge/experience (customer service, sales, repair) requiredCustomer service experience
requiredA valid G Driver’s license and clean 3-year abstract requiredAbility to reliably travel to assigned store locations as requiredOvernight travel may be required on occasionsBasic computer skills (e.g. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, online database and web-based training)Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measurementAbility to sort items alphanumericallyDesirable
