Drive retail success at Sephora as an Operations Consultant in London, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on stockroom management, client service, and merchandising standards.
As an Operations Consultant, you'll collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure organizational excellence within the stockroom and maintain inventory accuracy. Key responsibilities include assisting with POS training, providing exceptional client service, and maintaining store presentation standards.
Your role will also extend to effective shipment processing and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service during store hours
• Train cashiers on Point-Of-Sale systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store
• Manage stockroom, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Address inventory issues and support loss prevention efforts
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in stockroom setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
