Roots in London, Ontario is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and maintain the Roots experience for customers and employees. This role requires leadership in daily operations, a customer‑driven mindset, and a passion for fashion.
You’ll help achieve sales budgets, lead by example in selling and service, assist with recruitment, coach staff on product knowledge, and manage opening and closing procedures. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
