Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm and engaging customer service daily

• Assist in executing strategic departmental goals

• Conduct team training, coaching, and motivation

• Ensure accurate merchandising and staffing coverage

• Manage compliance with food safety policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience

• Post-secondary education in business is an asset

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Capable of handling competing priorities

• English fluency required;
French skills are advantageous
