With a minimum of two years of retail management, your role includes recruiting and training staff, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering partnerships within the community. You’ll play a crucial part in achieving business results by focusing on customer satisfaction and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team to enhance customer service levels

• Handle recruitment, training, and task assignments

• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures

• Oversee inventory and administrative processes

• Meet and exceed business performance targets

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of management experience in retail

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Availability for evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
