Position: Visual Merchandising Expert at UNIQLO

Join UNIQLO as a Visual Store Associate at our Conestoga Mall store. Elevate the customer shopping experience through innovative visual displays and exceptional service.

In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in executing visual merchandising strategies that maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Reporting to both the Store Manager and Area Manager, your role includes supporting store operations and actively engaging with customers. With at least 2 years of experience in a fashion retail environment, you will help create a unique shopping journey for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous service to uphold UNIQLO's mission

• Stay updated on brand, products, and promotions

• Engage customers to offer tailored product solutions

• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness

• Collaborate in merchandise execution and styling plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership sales role

• Interest in fashion and merchandising

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Must be flexible with work shifts
