Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service initiatives

• Collaborate with upper management to achieve goals

• Recruit, train, and support team development

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Act as Manager on Duty as required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail or grocery

• Completion of necessary food safety certifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Adaptability to changing retail environments

• Fluency in English;
French skills advantageous
