As an AEO Brand Ambassador, you'll embody our company values and enthusiasm for our product lines, engaging with guests using the AEO Selling Model. This role requires genuine interactions to educate shoppers on AEO and Aerie offerings while promoting our loyalty program. You'll also need to adapt quickly to different areas of the store, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with guests through the AEO Selling Model

• Educate on AE & Aerie products with confidence

• Actively promote the AEO loyalty program

• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom

• Innovatively address and resolve guest concerns

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age required

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High energy and multitasking capabilities in a busy environment

• Passion for American Eagle and Aerie clothing
