Retail Customer Experience Representative

Become a vital part of Indigo’s mission as a Retail Customer Experience Representative. This role, requiring 5 AM availability, focuses on merging retail operations with joyous customer interactions.

You will play a key role in conducting inventory, managing stock, and creating engaging store displays while embodying the warmth and inclusiveness of our culture. Engage with customers, discover their needs, and connect them to the stories behind our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory and manage product deliveries

• Develop visually engaging store merchandise layouts

• Engage customers and share inspiring product stories

• Create a friendly and welcoming shopping environment

• Participate in store health and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred but not necessary

• Flexible, with a willingness to adjust to varying shifts

• Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely

• Bilingualism needed in Québec, additional languages an asset

• Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service
