Lead an engaged retail team as a Key Educator with Tokyo Smoke. Drive sales and create exceptional experiences for customers while managing store operations effectively.
As a Key Educator, you will report directly to the Store Manager, contributing to the retail management team. With 1-3 years of floor management experience, you will coach staff, achieve sales targets, and promote a high-quality customer experience at all times. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will ensure the store meets company standards and adheres to cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge
• Ensure sales targets and business metrics are met
• Foster lasting customer relationships and community involvement
• Maintain adherence to operational and legislative requirements
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of floor management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
• Must be flexible with work hours
• Can Sell certification required
